  • Stripe— for secure payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy governs their handling of your payment data.
  • Email delivery— we use Resend (email delivery service) to send transactional emails (invoices, confirmations). Your email address is shared only as needed for delivery.
  • Other service providers (subprocessors)— Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Amazon Web Services / S3 (encrypted file storage for documents you upload, such as insurance certificates and signed paperwork), and Sentry (error monitoring, with personal information scrubbed before being sent). Each maintains their own privacy policies.
  • Legal requirements— if required by law, court order, or governmental authority.

4. Cookies & Local Storage

Our website uses a small number of cookies and local storage entries for essential functionality:

  • Session authentication— to keep you signed in to the customer portal or provider dashboard.
  • Locale preference— to remember your selected language (English or Spanish).
