1. Service Description

ClutterClear LLC("we," "us," or "the Company") provides professional home services in your local area and surrounding communities.

2. Booking & Cancellation Policy

All service appointments are confirmed via email or through our customer portal. You may reschedule or cancel an appointment at no charge provided you give at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled service time.

Late cancellation fee: A late cancellation fee (as set by the business) will apply for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service. This fee helps cover the cost of reserved time, travel, and preparation that cannot be reassigned on short notice.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept various payment methods including credit card, bank transfer, and cash. Contact us for available options. Invoices are sent electronically and may include applicable sales tax.

Overdue invoices may be subject to follow-up communication. Repeated non-payment may result in suspension of future services.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide safe, reasonable access to the home at the scheduled time.
  • Provide honest and accurate information regarding the condition of the home and any special instructions.
  • Secure all pets in a safe area before our team arrives. We are not responsible for pets that escape or are injured if left unsecured.
  • Remove or secure valuables, fragile items, and irreplaceable belongings before service.
  • Inform us of any hazards, chemical sensitivities, alarm systems, or special entry instructions.

5. Liability Limitations

In the unlikely event that damage occurs during a service, please notify us within 24 hours so we can assess and address the situation promptly. Our liability for any single incident is limited to the cost of repair or replacement up to a reasonable market value, not to exceed the invoice amount for the service in question.

We are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or damage to items not disclosed prior to service. We are not responsible for damage caused by faulty or aging fixtures and appliances.

6. Intellectual Property

The ClutterClear LLC name, logo, and all associated branding are the property of ClutterClear LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our branding without prior written consent.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
